Jeanette was described in BBC’s Panorama as one of the country’s leading solicitors specialising in motoring law. She regularly appears on TV and Radio to comment on high profile cases and changes in motoring legislation. Take a look at the Miss Justice youtube channel for more details.
Jeanette founded The Association of Motor Offence Lawyers (AMOL) in 2007; a non-profit organisation that seeks to protect the public from poor representation by ensuring they have access to true expertise in the area of motoring law.
The success of the firm is in part due to the almost prophetic instincts Jeanette has about the issues in our cases.
In addition to having an unusual approach to her clients and the motoring cases she gets involved in, Jeanette also looks to alternative business enhancement solutions such as Feng Shui and is a great fan of positive business thinking philosophies. She and her team are also strong advocates of the law of attraction and the importance of pre- paving your expectation of a positive outcome in your case.
Jeanette also focuses her efforts on helping people, whether it be by fighting prosecutions for motoring offences or assisting with fundraising for numerous poverty and addiction related charities.

We have a number of fully qualified Solicitors who act on all motoring offence matters from guilty plea motoring offence cases to defended motoring offence charges. These include, but are not limited to, driving with excess alcohol, drug driving, failing to provide a specimen, speeding, failing to furnish information, mobile phone offences and careless driving.
We also have a number of Paralegals and a Trainee Solicitor working at the firm. They are not yet fully qualified solicitors, but most of them are working towards full qualifications. Our paralegals, Marc McCormick (who has dealt with in excess of approximately 500 cases) and Austin Anderson-Brettell (who has dealt with or assisted on around 100 cases), both spend 100% of their time working on motoring offence cases.
