(a) to be a senior manager of the firm’s legal staff and affairs and to support the Managing Director and Director;
(b) to be responsible for quality assurance and compliance;
(c) mentoring and training of staff; and
(d) streamlining of processes and case management development.

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE: Responsibility for supervision of staff, regulatory and Lexcel compliance. To assist with management and supervision of all staff within the Geoffrey Miller Solicitors team including HR provision.
To supervise all aspects of Geoffrey Miller Solicitors in the Managing Director’s absence.
